Colorado Chiropractic Association Rescinds its Endorsement of the ACA Medicare Bill

CCA Joins Several Organizations That Have Rejected the ACA's Medicare Scope Expansion and Drug Bill

According to its President Jarod Waters DC, the Colorado Chiropractic Association (CCA) has rescinded its endorsement of the American Chiropractic Associations (ACA) Medicare Scope Expansion and Drug Bill.

The CCA had previously endorsed the Bill when the organization was controlled by a voting block of ACA members in leadership positions.

The current leadership of the CCA includes:

According to reports, the CCA board has been receiving multiple messages from organizations and state associations around the US asking them to please get on board with the Medicare bill. According to CCA President Jarod Waters DC he told the ACA President Michele Maiers during a meeting of the Chiropractic Cartel at ChiroCongress that ". . . Colorado will not be supportive of enslavement".

In addition to being the ACA President, Michele Maiers DC, MPH, Ph.D is a Member of the President's Cabinet at Northwestern University of Health Sciences (Formerly Northwestern Chiropractic College) and Executive Director of Research & Innovation there. As ACA President she begged the federal government to add chiropractors to the list of eligible providers so they can inject the COVID vaccine.

Maiers was also involved in a scandal at Northwestern whereby Northwestern was automatically signing chiropractic college students up as members of the American Chiropractic Association and then forcing them to go through the process of resigning their membership if they didn't want it.

If that isn't enough, Maiers and the ACA were also involved in the fiasco involving the World Federation of Chiropractic's (WFC) flawed immunity hit piece related to COVID as one of its authors and a member of the WFC's Research Committee that produced and disseminated the document.

The Colorado Chiropractic Association joins several other chiropractic state organizations that have rejected the ACA's Medicare Bill and refuse to participate in the Chiropractic Cartel including:

These organizations are not members of the ChiroCongress which is an organization made up of state chiropractic associations that are ACA Members and which make up the state by state control of the profession by the Chiropractic Cartel. The ChiroCongress recently completed a new strategic plan and rebranding that seeks to tier the chiropractic profession and expand the scope of practice nationally as the only way to save the profession from the doom it predicts. The ACA had the largest number of stakeholders involved in the planning.

In addition to these state organizations, the International Federation of Chiropractors and Organizations (IFCO) have also rejected the ACA's Medicare Scope Expansion and Drug bill while the International Chiropractors Association (ICA) has endorsed it.

The push for scope expansion and the marginalization of the practice of managing vertebral subluxation got a boost during COVID through attacks on those practitioners who practice in a traditional, conservative chiropractic model.
